Dean & Christina Peratsakis

Owners Christina and Dean proudly welcomed Your Nesting Place into their family in May of 2025, bringing with them a shared passion for home, design, and community.

With over 37 years in the design industry, Christina leads the creative direction of the store. She studied at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising and Otis College of Art & Design, building a strong foundation in fashion, textiles, and interior design. Her decades of experience allow her to help clients create spaces that feel thoughtful, functional, and uniquely their own.

Christina is a Southern California native with deep family roots in Michigan. She met her husband Dean in California, though he is a proud Michigan native. Together, they blend their backgrounds and shared vision to create a welcoming destination for furniture, décor, and inspiration.

Their goal for Your Nesting Place is simple — to offer a beautiful, inviting showroom where customers can find quality furnishings, timeless pieces, and meaningful details that help turn a house into a home.
